Fuel flows to and from the sensor via pre-made lines with OE quick disconnect fittings, making installation straightforward.

Positioned on the passenger side engine mount, the ethanol sensor provides real-time readings of the fuel's ethanol content multiple times per second, relaying this data to the ECU for optimized performance through an Accessport-delivered Flex Fuel calibration.

Performance Maps

Included with the kit are COBB Off The Shelf Maps specifically calibrated for the Stage 1 package, optimized for a stock fuel system with the installed COBB Ethanol Sensor Kit. These maps are designed to maximize power output at an E30 blend. Should you exceed this ethanol concentration, a custom COBB DTC (COB13) will trigger, reducing power until the ethanol content is adjusted back to E30 or lower and the ECU is reset.
