Crypt Tuning sells through a network of manufacturers and distribution partners, some of which ship directly to customers in Canada and the United States. These rules describe our fulfillment and service process; mandatory consumer rights always take priority.
Supplier inventory is subject to change and an on-screen stock indicator is not a guarantee. We may confirm availability before accepting an order. If an item is unavailable, we will offer a lawful choice of alternative, revised schedule or cancellation and required refund. Special-order, custom or made-to-order restrictions will be disclosed before purchase.
A single order may ship from multiple warehouses in separate packages and arrive on different days. Processing starts according to the product’s disclosed availability and order terms; payment alone does not mean an item has shipped. We use a reasonable basis for advertised ship dates.
If we cannot meet a promised shipment timeframe, we will give notice and any cancellation, consent-to-delay or refund options required by applicable law. For U.S. orders governed by the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule, the applicable 30-day default applies if no shipping time was clearly stated.
All mandatory Crypt Tuning shipping, handling and dropship fees must be disclosed before payment authorization. We will request the customer’s consent before charging any new seller-collected fee. If an extra charge cannot be agreed, we will provide lawful cancellation and refund options for the affected unfulfilled merchandise.
Customers must provide accurate addresses. Reasonable carrier charges arising from customer-directed address changes, refused deliveries or erroneous addresses may apply where properly disclosed and legally allowed.
Delivery estimates are not unconditional guarantees. Weather, carriers, suppliers and border processing can affect transit. If a package is lost, late, misdelivered or marked delivered but not received, contact us. We will investigate with fulfillment partners and the carrier; a carrier delivery scan alone does not eliminate legal remedies.
Please inspect packages promptly and report visible damage, shortages or wrong items within two business days when practical, so we can preserve carrier evidence. This is a requested reporting target, not a waiver of statutory rights for hidden defects, damage discovered later or misdelivery.
Email photos of the packaging, shipping label, product and issue to info@crypttuning.ca; retain packaging if reasonable. Do not install an obviously damaged or incorrect item.
Request return instructions and any required Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before shipping a return. Change-of-mind returns are subject to supplier approval and may require the item to be new, uninstalled, unused, complete and in original resalable packaging. Products that have been installed or modified ordinarily do not qualify for voluntary change-of-mind returns. This does not limit defect, misdescription or other statutory remedies.
For discretionary returns, customers may be responsible for disclosed return shipping or restocking fees. No deduction applies where prohibited by law.
Confirm the complete vehicle application, including trim, engine, transmission, market version and modifications. For custom or special orders, review all specifications before purchase. A customer-selected incompatible item may fall under voluntary return rules; incorrect product information, wrong fulfillment and defective goods are treated separately and are subject to legal remedies.
Request cancellation promptly. Supplier processing or production may limit voluntary cancellation where lawful and disclosed, but statutory cancellation rights remain. If only part of an order can be fulfilled, we will contact you about the affected items and lawful options, including a refund for unfulfilled items where required.
Refunds for approved change-of-mind returns may follow receipt and inspection; mandatory refunds for late shipment, cancellation or unfulfilled goods will be made within legally required periods and not conditioned on a supplier first repaying us.
Manufacturer warranties vary. Contact us before attempting repair, modification or return of a suspected defective item. Evidence such as receipts, photographs and inspection may be required. Any manufacturer warranty is additional to, and does not replace, consumer rights that apply by law.
Seller-collected taxes and charges are displayed at checkout. Depending on shipment terms, customers may owe destination taxes, duties or brokerage not collected by Crypt Tuning; relevant import arrangements and known charges should be explained before purchase. Some products may be restricted for export or import.
Professional installation is recommended for safety-critical and performance parts. Follow manufacturer requirements and local emissions, registration and highway-use laws. Competition-only items must not be used unlawfully on public roads.
