Price Match Policy

Found a better price? Customers in Canada and the United States may request a price match before purchasing an identical eligible product. Price matching is discretionary and requires written approval by Crypt Tuning.

1. Eligibility

The competitor must be a legitimate, verifiable retailer in the destination country: Canada for Canadian shipments, or the United States for U.S. shipments. Prices must be advertised in CAD for Canada and USD for the United States. The item must match the brand, manufacturer part number, specifications, condition and quantity. The listing and current availability or order status must be verifiable. In-stock or special-order products may be considered if supplier fulfillment is possible.

2. Price Comparison

We compare the competitor’s publicly available selling price plus applicable mandatory shipping and handling charges. Taxes and government-imposed duties are generally excluded from the comparison. We may decline a match if fulfilling it would be commercially unreasonable due to product or logistics costs.

3. Exclusions

Clearance, liquidation, used, refurbished, open-box, counterfeit or unverifiable listings; individual sellers and third-party marketplaces; discontinued items; coupons, member-only prices, bundles, loyalty benefits, and special promotions are excluded. Manufacturer minimum advertised price or other contractual restrictions may also prevent a match, where lawful.

4. Approval and Limits

Requests must be made before purchase. We do not make retroactive adjustments. An approved quote is valid for 48 hours unless stated otherwise; it does not reserve stock. Price matches apply to reasonable retail quantities and cannot be combined with other discounts, promotional codes or wholesale pricing without our written approval.

We may refuse a request for inaccurate, outdated or unverifiable pricing or where supplier constraints prevent fulfillment. Decisions will be made consistently and in compliance with applicable law.

5. How to Request

Email sales@crypttuning.ca with the Crypt Tuning item link, competitor link, part number and destination country. We will review the request and communicate approval or rejection. Product warranty and return rights are governed by the applicable policies and law, whether or not a price match is approved.
