Turbosmart vIWG 76mm Diaphragm Replacement

Turbosmart vIWG actuators are upgraded vacuum-operated wastegate actuators designed to give the strongest possible boost response on factory-frame turbochargers. The vIWG Series has a higher working ratio than factory equipment, achieved by increasing the effective diaphragm area and revising the springs for greater leverage against boost and backpressure.

At factory base pressure this gives a broader boost and torque curve, reaching peak boost earlier and holding it longer; gains can be amplified at higher base pressures. Tuning and recalibration are recommended for optimal performance. This line also includes vIWG replacement diaphragms.
