Turbosmart IWG75 upgraded wastegate actuators are designed to give the maximum possible boost response for a factory-frame turbocharger. The IWG75 Series has an increased working ratio compared with the factory actuator, through a larger effective diaphragm area and revised springs, giving greater leverage against boost and backpressure while remaining highly responsive.

With factory base pressure, peak boost is reached earlier and held further into the RPM range for a broader boost and torque curve. Higher base pressures increase gains but are likely to require tuning and ECU recalibration.
