Overview

Upgrade your Nissan's fuel system with the Radium Engineering fuel pump hanger, designed to seamlessly replace the entire factory fuel pump assembly inside your fuel tank. Whether you're pushing the limits of your Nissan Silvia, Skyline, or 200SX, this hanger can be configured to accommodate one or two aftermarket fuel pumps, ensuring you meet the fuel demands of your high-performance engine. Compatible pump options include the reliable Walbro (Ti Automotive) and AEM models, both of which are suspended at the bottom of the tank just like the stock fuel hanger. From there, they efficiently feed fuel through durable polyamide nylon tubing to the top hat.

Your factory fuel level sender, low fuel switch, and fuel temperature sensor (for OBD-II vehicles) are retained, so you won't lose any functionality. Plus, an integrated venturi jet pump in the top plate helps draw fuel from the opposite side of the tank, ensuring a steady flow.

Fittings

The feed port features 10AN ORB threads (7/8"-14), while the return port is equipped with 8AN ORB threads (3/4"-16). With pre-installed adapter fittings, you can easily connect to all factory fuel line variations, including SAE quick connect and hose barb, without needing any additional plumbing. If you choose to use aftermarket -AN style hoses, low-profile -AN swivel adapter fittings will be required, which are available separately. Check out swivel adapter fittings here.

Note: While straight adapter fittings can be used, they may not offer the clearance needed for the access cover plate.

The original OEM system utilizes a venturi jet pump to transfer fuel from the passive side of the tank to the active side. However, when using high-flow aftermarket pumps, this system can create unwanted backpressure. Radium Engineering has redesigned the siphon system to eliminate this restriction while still effectively scavenging fuel just like the factory setup.

Important Considerations

• Depending on your fuel pressure, the venturi jet pump may consume between 15-45 LPH, so be sure to factor this in when sizing your fuel pumps.
• If maintaining steady fuel pressure after shutting down the engine is crucial, consider installing a check valve somewhere in your fuel system.

Fuel Pump Information

All kits come partially assembled, with the final assembly completed by your technician during installation. For those opting for the "Pumps Not Included" option, the kit will contain all the necessary parts to run one or two fuel pumps, but you'll need to provide your own compatible pumps.

If you choose the "Pumps Included" option, the kit will come with the fuel pump(s) and the corresponding sock filter(s).

Note: If you purchase the unit with one pump included, additional parts will be required to install a second pump.

Electrical Features

The specially designed stainless steel electrical studs are capable of handling high current demands, unlike standard multi-pin bulkhead connectors. These serviceable connections are hermetically sealed and resistant to all types of fuels. Non-conductive anodized aluminum acorn nuts are included to prevent accidental short circuits. The top hat features enough studs for both brushless fuel pumps and the FHST add-on. Electrical hardware for the fuel pump(s) and sensors is also included, and the in-tank wiring is insulated with high-quality, chemically resistant ETFE.

• For single fuel pump installations, you can reuse the OEM fuel pump controller wiring.
• Upgrading the OEM wiring is recommended to ensure your pumps receive full power and operate at their best.
• Select one electrical connection for each aftermarket pump.
