Private Label Mfg Silver Heat Exchanger V2 for Audi A4 S4 B8 B8.5 3.0/4.0T TFSI

If you're driving a supercharged Audi, you know the struggle of keeping temps down, especially when you're pushing it hard or the weather's getting hot. That's where the PLM Audi Heat Exchanger V2 comes into play. This isn’t just another aftermarket part; it's a solid upgrade for anyone serious about performance.

The V2 is the latest iteration, and it’s got some handy features like bleeder and drain valves that make maintenance a breeze. We’re talking about a heat exchanger made from high-quality, all-aluminum materials, with non-epoxied furnace brazed cores. This construction means better heat dissipation, which is key when you’re cranking up the boost or horsepower. Trust me, if you’ve ever seen your intake air temps skyrocket, you’ll appreciate this upgrade.

Independent tests have shown that while the stock heat exchanger can let your intake air temp (IAT) rise by over 41 degrees during a hard run, the PLM unit only bumps it up by 23 degrees under the same conditions. That’s a noticeable difference when you’re trying to keep your power intact.

• Easy Bolt-On Installation: Fits right at the stock location on the front bumper support beam.
• Lower Intake Air Temperature: Keeps your charge cool, which means more power on tap.
• Dual Core / Quad Pass Design: Maximizes cooling efficiency.
• High Density Fin Core: Designed for optimal airflow and heat exchange.
• All Aluminum Construction: Lightweight yet durable.
• 100% TIG Welded: For added strength and longevity.
• Dimensions: 22" x 17" x 2.4" (including end tanks), with a total width of 24" including the inlet/outlet tubes.
• Corrosion Resistant Coating: Keeps it looking good and lasting longer.
• Includes Bleeder and Drain Valve Ports: Makes maintenance straightforward.
• Fill and Drain Plug: 1/4NPT for easy access.

Fitment:

• Audi 3.0 / 4.0T TFSI
• B8 / B8.5 A4 A5 S4 S5

This isn’t just a part; it’s peace of mind when you’re out there pushing your Audi to the limits. Grab the PLM Silver Heat Exchanger V2 and keep that intake air temp in check!
