• All Duraflex parts come raw and unpainted and in a rough black finish that requires sanding, body work and fine tuning prior to being ready for paint and installation. We advise our customers to have their parts painted and installed at a local auto body shop that does customization (not collision repair facility). All fiberglass parts will require some amount of body work and finishing prior to being ready for paint.

  • Freight Shipments:
    1. Delivery Drivers will wait for customers to inspect contents of shipment.
    2. Complete the Shipping Damage Claim Form
    3. If damage is found provide us with detailed images of the issues
       1. Images of all sides of the box as well as the packing materials within the box
       2. Images of the damage to the items
       3. Images of the label on the box
